We have avoided charging postage for 2 1/2 years. In that time the post office has raised rates 4 times. We wil be charging $3.95 per order for any orders of 2 items (tapes or vcd's) or less, any orders of 3 or more items will still be free shipping. International customers will be charged the domestic rate as listed above....we will swallow the difference, and there will still be no charge for PAL conversions.
